Mummy & Me Total Body Toning

Total Body Toning is a low impact session that you can enjoy with your baby. Sessions will vary week-by-week to keep things exciting, but you can always expect to exert some muscular energy and get in a feel-good bodyweight strength workout. Each week, we will cover the full body with the basic fundamentals, with an emphasis on putting the muscles under tension. As with all of our post-natal classes, particular care will be taken with core and pelvic floor health, with the aim of recovery and strengthening through your post-natal journey. Expect a good playlist, lots of squats and that feel-good workout burn! Your baby comes with you so no need for childcare!
