What is a baby, toddler and preschool class?
From singing to splashing and dancing to doodling baby, toddler and preschool classes are children’s
activity classes for little ones aged 0 – 5 and their parents.
Classes include swimming, ballet, music, dance, drama, football, sensory, languages and more.
Classes are often weekly, and give parents a reason to get out of the house, make new friends and build
a support network whilst, most importantly, helping their little ones develop.
Gifting baby, toddler and preschool classes helps families make amazing memories together, instead of
gifting them more toys and clothes destined for landfill- a win-win!

I'm not sure how much to gift! How much are children's activity classes?
With over 10,000+ classes per week listed on our website, prices per class vary, but the average cost per class is £8. Some one off classes, for example First Aid, may be more.
Our most popular gift card amount is £30.
Some Activity Providers allow customers to book one off sessions, whilst others prefer customers to book in terms or blocks.
Whatever the amount you choose to gift, it can always be redeemed against classes, as if the class your giftee wants to book costs more than the amount they have on their gift card, they can settle the remaining balance directly with the Activity Provider!

Fast Postal Delivery - £4.50
Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For. Typically 1 - 2 business days
Standard Postal Delivery - £2.50
1st Class Royal Mail Standard. Typically 1 - 3 business days
Next day by 1pm - £9.95
Fast, secure, special delivery guaranteed by Royal Mail by 1pm on the next working day
If you need guaranteed next-day or named-day delivery, we recommend you choose the digital eGift card
option, which will arrive in your email inbox instantly, as we cannot guarantee postal gift card delivery
times.
Postal vs eGift card, what's the difference?
We offer two options for your gift card: postal and digital.
Our postal gift cards come with a printed message in a sustainable paperboard gift card wallet. There is a
delivery charge for our postal gift cards.
Our digital eGift cards are sent immediately via email to you or your giftee. They also contain a gift card
message. There is no delivery charge for our digital eGift cards.
How do I redeem my gift card?
It’s really easy to search classes, make an enquiry and redeem your Little Starts Gift Card.

How much balance is on my gift card?
To check your gift card balance tap here and enter your gift card code.
How long do I have to use my gift card?
Our standard validity for all gift cards is 1 year from the date of purchase.
I can't find my gift card code/number
Your gift card code/number is printed on the back of the card for all physical cards.
On our digital eGift cards you will find it at the top of the email next to the gift card balance.
I've lost my gift card
Please protect your gift card and treat it as cash. Unfortunately, we are not able to replace lost, stolen or
damaged gift cards.
My eGift card has not arrived
First check your junk folder, if you still have not received your gift card after 2 hours, please contact
hello@littlestartsgiftcards.com including your order reference number that can be found on your order
confirmation email.
My postal gift card has not arrived
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee Royal Mail delivery times. If you have still not received your postal
gift card after 7 days please contact hello@littlestartsgiftcards.com
Are your gift cards really eco friendly?
Yes! We’re passionate about protecting our planet, not only is gifting an experience better for the
environment reducing the amount of clothes and toys gifted, outgrown and sent to landfill, but our postal
gift cards are also 100% plastic free!

I'm an Activity Provider, how do I login to my account?
If you're a brand or Activity Provider already registered with us to accept Little Starts Gift Cards, you can access your account portal here. This is where you can update your contact information, bank details, class listings and redeem gift cards.
