During this 10 week Baby Massage and Reflexology course we will learn a comprehensive full body massage as well as a specific Colic routine. You will also learn 5 Reflexology routines which help support you in relieving common symptoms of discomfort your baby may experience. Our bespoke baby massage classes boost circulation, relieve tension and aid digestion in little ones providing much needed relief from discomfort such as wind and teething pains. Our Reflexology sessions give you tools, tips and techniques to apply when you experience symptoms of coughs and colds, teething pain, digestive issues, colic or reflux.
