Little Starts Gift Cards Triumph at GCVA Awards

Wow! When Little Starts Gift Cards was created, we had big ideas, but little did we think that we could be winning national awards in just a few short years.

That’s exactly what we have done after scooping not one but two prestigious awards earlier this year.

We were honoured to have received these two industry awards from the Gift Card & Voucher Association (GCVA) at this year's Hall of Fame Awards 2023. At a glittering ceremony, we received the Best B2C Product or Service award, whilst our founder, Katie Lavis, took home the Rising Star of the Year award.

As a business focused on growth, supporting small business owners and promoting healthy child development, this double nod celebrates how far Little Starts Gift Cards has come in just a few years.

Best Consumer Gift Card

The GCVA Hall of Fame Awards showcase the best in the gift card and voucher sector, shining a light on creativity, growth and innovation across the retail, leisure, incentives, and payment sectors.

We were delighted even to be nominated for two awards, especially in such esteemed company with established businesses like Marks & Spencer, Currys, Sainsbury’s and Motivates.

With the Rising Star award, the judges said they were ‘[impressed by the success of this innovative product that Katie recently bought to the gift card marketplace, which now has more than 85 brands on board and is accepted by over 9,000 children’s activity providers.]’
