Baby Swimmers

Are you ready to introduce your little one to the enjoyment of water?

Baby Swimmers classes are fun swimming classes for little ones from 6 weeks old upwards in Leeds, York, Harrogate and Bradford. They’re a great workout, with singing and fun activities to build a foundation to swim unaided and learn water safety skills. They follow a structured Awards Programme, using STA Starfish and Stanley Awards so you can see your babies and toddlers progress to a confident little swimmer.

There are great benefits for babies swimming at such a young age, which include helping to develop physically, with greater muscle control and hand-eye co-ordination, as well as strengthening baby’s heart and lungs. Alertness is also improved through word association and responding to cues such as “kick, kick kick” or “hold on”. Socially your baby will interact with other babies and join in the fun and games and as they get older sing along to the songs!

All teachers are fully qualified and DBS checked.
