Hatching Dragons

Hatching Dragons offer classes such as stay and play; music/dance and drama classes (limited availability) for the parents

They believe that music and song is central to the development of language and self-expression
From Lullabies to nursery rhymes, piano and guitar, they try to introduce the world of music to our children

Hatching Dragons employs the basic pedagogical principle of “Talk & Sing” to nurture phonological awareness, language and communicative abilities through something enjoyable and, principally, memorable. They've devised two complete editions of bilingual song books that their music and language teachers use to embed language in our long-term memory

They try to deliver their numeracy outcomes through a more creative and explorative approach by looking to related areas of activity that stimulate minds whilst still delivering cognitive development in number recognition in their Early Years Education. Hatching Dragons use cookery and science clubs to nurture knowledge of weight, measure and volumes; they use coding club to develop an awareness of function and logic; and they use traditional numbers games to foster number recognition, counting and grouping.
